The Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) is a a national organization that encourages patient-centered care in medicine by fostering the qualities of integrity, excellence, compassion, altruism, respect, and empathy.
The UWSMPH chapter of GHHS hopes to promote these same characteristics of humanism in medicine by allowing medical students to share the significant moments they experience throughout their medical training. Chicken Soup for the Medical Student Soul provides a space for students to do just that.
